A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) SIDE ARM MACK
LR MCNEILUS 28 -YARD ZR FROM ATLANTIC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $438,751.70
THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to make payment to
Atlantic in the amount of $438,751.70, for the purchase of one (1) Side Arm Mack LR Mcneilus
28 -yard ZR for use by the Public Works Refuse Division. This purchase shall be made through
the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program Participation Agreement Contract #110223 -
MCN. Further, the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents related to said
purchase.
SECTION 2. The purchase of this equipment shall be paid from the Solid Waste
Vehicles Account, Account Number 5000 2209 540050.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption. (--1
