That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Paducah Junior College, Inc. in the amount of $100,000 for the Community Scholarship Program, which shall be payable no later than June 30, 2026. This contract shall expire June 30, 2026. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund, Account No. 24000401-580790. SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the date of its adoption.
