Roll Call by: Specialist Daisha Johnson at 5:02 P.M. Quorum established – Established at 5:03 P.M. Invocation: Commissioner Anthony Walton Pledge of Allegiance: Commissioner Robert Hernandez May 8th, 2025, meeting minutes motion for approval by Commissioner Christa Dubrock seconded by Commissioner Irhonda Lovelace and unanimously approved. The Paducah Human Rights Commission reviewed community event obligations. Chairman Robert Hernandez informed the group that Commissioner Kimberly Yates had agreed to attend Paducah Pride. Commissioners reviewed their schedules and discussed availability to attend and help plan the Riders 4 Race Amity event. Marketing efforts, catering requirements, and the event's objectives were also discussed. Paducah Human Rights Commission members discussed continuing community partnerships with local organizations. Chairman Hernandez encouraged commissioners to become more engaged with the community and to invite individuals to attend meetings and present relevant information. A unanimous decision was made not to participate in this year’s Juneteenth event at the National Quilt Museum. PHRC members reviewed the current budget. Meeting was adjourned at 5:38pm
