A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH PADUCAH MAIN STREET, LLC FOR
SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Paducah Main Street, Inc., as attached hereto and made part hereof (Exhibit A) for the
performance of specific services. This contract shall become effective July 1, 2025, and expire
June 30, 2030.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the date of
its adoption.
