A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE
MCCRACKEN COUNTY SPORTS TOURISM COMMISSION TO
AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT MODIFICATION TO THE DESIGN CONTRACT
WITH PECK, FLANNERY, GREAM, WARREN, LLC FOR THE PADUCAH
SPORTS PARK PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Commission hereby accepts the recommendation
from the McCracken County Sports Tourism Commission and authorizes a contract modification
for additional design services with Peck Flannery Gream Warren (PFGW) for the Championship
Field and entry plaza for the Paducah Sports Park. The additional service fees will be in the
amount of $139,899 and are allocated in the original approved budget for engineering and design
services.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force andpffect from and after the date
