Home My WebLink About2013-03-8025ORDINANCE NO. 2013-3-8025_ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND THE COUNTY OF MCCRACKEN, KENTUCKY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND LEASE OF A CUSTOMER CARE CENTER TO BE LOCATED WITHIN THE PADUCAH COMMERCE PARK BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Paducah and the County of McCracken, Kentucky, for the design and construction of a customer care center located within the Paducah Commerce Park. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. a or " ATTEST: 01 Tammara Tammara S.
