The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with Paducah Main Street for a loan in the amount of $25,000.00 for the funding of the Main Street's facade loan program. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
