A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1200 CALDWELL STREET FROM MARTIN W. OPERLE, JR., TO
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
DEED CONSIDERATION CERTIFICATE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners hereby approves and
consents to the donation of the property located at 1200 Caldwell Street from Martin W.
Operle, Jr.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Consideration Certificate in the Deed of Conveyance to accept the donation of property
as approved in Section 1 above. It is determined that the property is located on the
Southside and it will be turned over to the Planning Department to be added to the list of
surplus property and marketed to developers for potential new residential development.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in faforcd effect om and after
