A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH PYRO SHOWS IN THE AMOUNT OF $39,975
TO PROVIDE FIREWORKS FOR THE CITY'S INDEPENDENCE
DAY CELEBRATION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Pyro Shows out of Knoxville, Tennessee, in the amount of $39,975 to provide
fireworks for the July 4th Celebration in 2024. If agreeable by both parties, the contract
can be renewed for two additional years (2025 and 2026) with a maximum increase in
costs of 10% for each successive year.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Operations Account
No. 1000-2405-539300
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
