A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT OF $3,500 FROM THE
KENTUCKY FIRE COMMISSION FOR THE USE OF ACQUIRING PERSONAL
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO SAME
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah received funds from the Kentucky Fire Commission
in the amount of $3,5000; and
WHEREAS, the funds were presented to the City of Paducah Fire Department for the
purchase of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in support of providing equipment that
enhances the safety of the City of Paducah, KY Fire Department personnel;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the acceptance of these
funds in the amount of $3,500 from the KY Fire Commission for the purchase of Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE). Further, the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents
related to same.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
