A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
INITIATE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR REPAIRS TO THE TRANSIENT BOAT
DOCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
develop, advertise and initiate a Request for Proposals for the purpose of soliciting a
contractor to make repairs, replacements and updates to the Transient Boat Dock.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force arA effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
