Dear Property Owner:
We have just received a deed transfer for the property located at 615 CAMPBELL ST stating you are the new owner.
This letter is to inform you that a Correction Notice/ Condemnation Notice has previously been issued on your property or properties located at
615 CAMPBELL ST. The City of Paducah, Kentucky, enforces the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by Chapter 42 of City of
Paducah Code of Ordinances. These codes are to protect the public health, safety and welfare on all existing premises by establishing minimum
requirements and standards. This notice is being sent to inform you of the violations, your responsibilities, the penalties, and your rights. We
have attached a copy for you. If you believe that any of the violations listed in the Correction Notice / Condemnation Notice have never existed
or no longer exist, please contact us immediately in order to have a new inspection of the property made.
Be advised that it is your responsibility to obtain a permit from the Fire Prevention Division pursuant to PM-104.7 to
(1) have all repairs, maintenance work, alterations or installations which are caused directly or indirectly by the noted violations to be executed
and installed in a workmanlike manner pursuant to PM-102.5. or (2) have the premise razed and debris removed pursuant to PM-110.1.
Please contact the Fire Prevention Division within thirty (30) days of the date this notice was received. Furthermore, it shall be unlawful to sell,
transfer, mortgage, lease or otherwise dispose of the premise to another unless the receiving party acknowledges receipt of this Notice and
gives written notice to this office of fully accepting the responsibility of this Order pursuant to PM-107.6.
