A re-inspection was done on the above referenced property, and it was found that the Correction/Condemnation Notice issued
by our office, has not been complied with. The property continues to be a public nuisance pursuant to City of Paducah Code of
Ordinance Section 42-46 and falls further into disrepair. It is your responsibility to obtain a property maintenance permit per
Section 104.7 from the Paducah Fire Department, Fire Prevention Division to (1) to have all repairs, maintenance work,
alterations or installations which are caused directly or indirectly by the listed violations in the Correction/Condemnation
Notice to be executed and installed in a workmanlike manner pursuant to PM-102.5. or (2) have the premise razed and debris
removed pursuant to PM-110.1.
Recheck inspections may occur every 60 days to verify activity on this case. If corrections are not made the Fire Prevention
Division will continue to assess civil penalties. If necessary, appropriate actions may be taken, to ensure violations are corrected
up to and including soliciting bids to have the structure razed as prescribed in Section 42-43. An appeal may be requested in
writing pursuant to Section 42-40 of the Code of Ordinances within 7 days of the receipt of this notice.
Furthermore, it shall be unlawful to sell, transfer, mortgage, lease or otherwise dispose of the premise to another until the
violations have been corrected, or the receiving party has been informed of this Order and they fully accept the responsibility
to make the corrections of this Order pursuant to PM-107.6.
