A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SBA TOWERS X, LLC AND THE
CITY OF PADUCAH FOR LEASE OF THE SBA TOWER LOCATED AT 672
SHEEHAN BRIDGE ROAD
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between SBA Towers X, LLC, and the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
The initial term of the lease shall be ten (10) years, with the option to automatically
renew for four (4) additional terms of five (5) years each. Beginning on the
commencement date, rent will be paid in equal monthly installments of Three Thousand
Dollars ($3,000) which will be increased annually by 5% of the monthly rate in effect for
the prior year.
SECTION 2. The cost of this lease will be included in the 911 budget,
Communications Equipment Maintenance, Account Number 20004001 522060.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force pa effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
