A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH TRACE3 FOR THE PURCHASE OF HARDWARE AND
SOFTWARE TO VIRTUALIZE E911 SERVERS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $130,000
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to make payment to
Trace3 in an amount not to exceed $130,000 for the purchase of hardware and software to
virtualize E911 servers. Further, the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents related
to same.
SECTION 2. This equipment will be purchased through Trace3 on the NASPO
ValuePoint Kentucky State contract MA 758 2100000767 that is valid until September 30 2026.
Since this equipment is available on Kentucky State Master Agreement, no sealed bidding is
required.
SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and of ct %rn anA after the date of
its adoption.
