AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SALARIES OF NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That noncivil service salaries of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, are hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) There is hereby created and authorized the following positions in the Department of
Engineering. The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following non civil service employees of the
City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation of such employment, upon satisfactory
completion of consecutive years of service in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. Any department director, upon approval of the City Manager, may designate an
employee of their respective department to serve as Lead Person. The Lead Person shall be paid an additional
$.50 per hour during such time that the person serves in such capacity.
SECTION 3. These salaries shall become effective July 1, 1998.

summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
