Board Member Not Present: Irhonda Lovelace Meeting called to order by Chair Robert Hernandez at 5:00 P.M. Roll Call by: Stefanie Wilcox at 5:01 P.M. Quorum established – Established at 5:02 P.M. Additional Attendees: Mayor George Bray, Daron Jordan, Michelle Smolen, and Lindsay Parish. Invocation: Commissioner Anthony Walton Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Chair Robert Hernandez March 2, 2020, meeting minutes motion for approval by Commissioner Christa Dubrock, Second by Commissioner Kimberly Yates, and unanimously approved. Human Rights Commissioner (HRC) Member Introductions – All Commissioners and Chair introduces themselves. Open Records / Open Meeting Training – City Clerk, Lindsay Parish, completed training for the Commission on Open Records and Open Meetings. HRC Board Member Roles & Responsibilities were reviewed as defined by the ordinance. Administrative Procedures were reviewed with HRC. Regular Scheduled Meetings will be held the third Thursday of each month, the motion was made by Commissioner Dann Patterson, and seconded by Commissioner Jana Dawson, and unanimously approved. The meeting adjourned at 5:47 pm, the motion was made by Commissioner Dann Patterson, and seconded by Commissioner Kimberly Yates, and unanimously approved.
