2024 Earth Day Celebration Vendor Information
Saturday April 20, 2024 WKCTC Earth Day Celebration (Farmers Market) Paducah 306 N. 2nd Street, Paducah, KY 42001 Earth Day is an annual event held to demonstrate support of environmental awareness and protection. It is celebrated by more than 1 billion people in more than 193 countries worldwide. The WKCTC Earth Day Celebration will showcase an array of fun, exciting, informational, and educational opportunities from a variety of vendors for those in the community. Please help us celebrate this event by participating in the WKCTC Earth Day Celebration by establishing a table to showcase your efforts to our community. If you have any questions regarding this event, please reach out to the WKCTC Sustainability Chair, Anna Vaughn-Doom (anna.vaughndoom@kctcs.edu). Vendors will need to meet at the Farmers Market for set up at 6:00am. Event will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 7:30am-1:00pm. Tables and chairs will be supplied. Submission Deadline March 15th, 2024

events
Paducah Garden club members Jessiann McCarthy and Suellen Johnson are seeking
opportunities to provide free training – J. Perkins to discuss with Pam Spencer for posting
on-line, etc.
Suggested opportunities include: workshops, articles, classes, how-to’s

OUR PURPOSE:
(1) To hear all appeals from denials of applications for permits required by this article. (2) To adopt rules for the conduct of such hearings, which rules shall uniformly apply to all such appeals.
(3) To follow the hearing of such appeal to cause its decision to be reduced to writing. (4) To advise appropriate municipal agencies on matters of care, preservation, planting, removal, replacement or disposition of trees in parks, along streets and in public areas as needed.
(5) To promote urban forestry. (6) To review and recommend as necessary the master street tree plan prepared and submitted by the Appointee.
