UPDATE ON RR VIADUCT ART PROPOSAL
Council member Ragland reported that the proposal has been given to the Mayor. The Mayor’s response was a query about the estimated cost of the project. Todd Tabor indicated he would
contact Chris Black for a “guesstimate” for viaduct repair.
Council member Clark took information from Char Downs on Pelon which could serve as basis of estimating the cost of mural - which would include artist fee, maintenance, prep and protective
coating. Clark will update the mural proposal based on this information.
BROADWAY DESIGN CORRIDOR
Paducah Main Street was given the information/proposal on the Broadway Design Corridor for their consideration . There was concern about potential confusion with Main Street branding
if the areas overlapped. Need to be mindful of that and the need to ascertain ways of working with merchants.

Council member Hutchison reported that a tentative meeting at Nehemiah Church on March 14 is set for the public meeting with Paducah Historic Preservation Group and neighborhood stakeholders.
Council member Sullivan is the C&CC representative to the Southside Art project, while council member Hutchison is the City representative.
