AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
LEASE BETWEEN JETTON GROUP LLC AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a lease between Jetton Group LLC and the City of Paducah for lease of a gymnasium
located at 401 Walter Jetton Boulevard, for the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
considerations.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
