AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF OSCAR CROSS BOYS' AND
GIRLS' CLUB OF PADUCAH, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1115 JACKSON STREET IN PADUCAH McCRACKEN COUNTY,
f ^, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, pursuant to 2-668 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, a written determination has been made by the City Manager that the City does not have
any use at this time or in the future for said property, which constitutes surplus real estate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the sale to Oscar Cross Boys' and Girls' Club of Paducah, Inc.,
of real property located at 1115 Jackson Street is hereby approved for the for the sum of $1.00.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized to prepare a
deed for the above-described real property, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed
and any other documents necessary for the sale of said real property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
