A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH SPROCKET, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF
$75,000 TO PROVIDE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND
JOB CREATION PROGRAMS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Sprocket, Inc. in the amount of $75,000 payable in equal quarterly installments of
$18,750, the first installment being due no later than fifteen days after the full execution
of the Contract, and subsequent payments being due December 31, 2023, March 31,
2024, and June 30, 2024. This contract shall expire June 30, 2024.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund,
Account No. 24000401-580810
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
