AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KITMO
RENTAL & SUPPLY COMPANY FOR RENTAL OF
PORTABLE TOILETS BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
C) CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Kitmo Rental &
Supply Company for rental of portable toilets by the City of Paducah for use by the Parks
Department for the sum of $11.59 per unit per week and the sum of $49.00 per
handicapped unit per week for use by the Parks Department, said rental being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications, bid proposal, and as contained in the bid
of Kitmo Rental & Supply Company of February 25, 2000.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Kitmo Rental & Supply for rental of the units authorized in Section 1 above, according to
the specifications, bid proposal, advertisement for bids, and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account Number
C 001-2402-534-2401,
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
