A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR A POUR -IN-PLACE
(PIP) RUBBER SURFACE FOR THE PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS AT
ROBERT COLEMAN PARK
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department desires to issue a Request for
Bids for 3,400 square feet of pour -in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing, to include aggregate, rubber
surfacing and installation for the new playground installation project for Robert Coleman Park.
KENTUCKY:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
Request for Bids for 3,400 square feet of pour -in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing, to include
aggregate, rubber surfacing and installation for the new playground installation project for
Robert Coleman Park,
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
