A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF EVARD-
KENTUCKY DIVISION, INC. FOR THE FIRE STATION #2 EXTERIOR
REPAIRS IN THE AMOUNT OF $183,832 AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO SAME
WHEREAS, on Thursday, April 20, 2023, sealed bids were opened for Fire
Station 42 exterior repairs; and
WHEREAS, Evard-Kentucky Division, Inc., submitted the lowest responsive
evaluated bid in accordance with the specifications in the amount of $183,832 to do exterior
repairs on Fire Station #2.
KENTUCKY:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby accepts the bid from Evard-
Kentucky Division, Inc., authorizes payment in the amount of $183,832 for the Fire Station #2
exterior repairs, and authorizes the Mayor to execute all documents related to same.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be paid from the City Facilities
Improvements Account Number PF0079.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and effGrt from and after the date of
its adoption. v
