FOREST HILLS VILLAGE, INC. HELD JANUARY 20, 2023
Pursuant to written notice to each of the directors, the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Forest Hills Village, Inc., was held at 6:00 p.m. on January 20, 2023, at Broussard’s Cajun Cuisine. The following directors were present: Brad Arterburn and Paul King. Lori Knight, James Burgett, Jamie
Joyce, and David Denton were also present. THERE BEING NO QUORUM PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING WAS DECIDED: ITEM I: The approval of the minutes of the last monthly board meeting and the annual election of officers were each deferred until the February 2023 regular board meeting. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
