HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000-6-6223ORDINANCE NO. 2000-6- (o oq AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION, GRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO FROM THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR A TRAFFIC SAFETY EDUCATION AND ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES PROGRAM GRANT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an application, grant agreement and all other documents relating thereto with the Kentucky State Police Department to obtain a grant in the amount of $67,010.00 for the Traffic Safety Education and Enforcement Activities Program. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
