AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 46-34 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 46-34 is hereby amended to read as follows:
All final decisions of the Fire Code official of the City shall be appealable
to a leeal appeals be the Building Code Appeals Board pursuant to the procedures
adopted by the City.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
