A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE 2023
INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION DISPLAY
WHEREAS, the City is exploring display options for the 2023 Independence
Day Celebration; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes for the City Manager to issue a Request for
Proposals to assist with determining the type of display for the 2023 celebration.
KENTUCKY:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
Request for Proposals for displays for the 2023 Independence Day Celebration, allowing for
the potential of fireworks, laser, or drone displays.
SECTION 2. This Order will be inful e�ffe// �ct fro after the
