A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE KENTUCKY
DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FOR A PERFORMANCE GRANT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $100,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR FOR
FIRE STATION NO. 5
KENTUCKY:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary through the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management for a
Performance Grant in the amount of $100,000 for the purchase of an emergency generator for
Fire Station No. 5.
SECTION 2. A local match of 50% is required. The local match of $100,000
will be paid from the City Facilities Improvements Project Number PF0079.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and ect from and after the date of
its adoption.
