Greg Cherry, Deputy Chief/Fire Marshal gcherry@paducahky.gov/270-444-8522 CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING MINUTES JULY 11, 2022 The Code Enforcement Board Meeting was supposed to be held on Monday, June 13th, 2022 cancelled — no quorum. The Code Enforcement Board Meeting was held on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall. In attendance were Ines Hutchins, Melinda Winchester, Tim Meadows, George Goodman, Stacey Blankenship, David Jones, Steve Utz, Matt Willett, Greg Cherry and Janet Dicke. Absent: Beverly McKinley, Allan Rhodes and Richard McLaren This meeting was called to Order by Melinda Winchester. Ines Hutchins was the Acting Chairman. The Minutes were read and unanimously approved by the Board. Properties Discussed: 1. 1647 Jefferson St. — Richard McLaren The Board voted and agreed. Mr. McLaren must comply with the Correction Notice dated April 27, 2018. It is your responsibility to obtain new permits from the Fire Prevention Division for Building, Electrical and HVAC. In 60 days starting from the date this Order was signed to start the renovations. If no work is being done, the City will demolish the building and place a lien against the above-described property. 2. 1127 S Ila` St. — Daryl Bowen The Board voted and agreed. The structure will be demolished and Foreclosure to continue. 621 Campbell St — George Goodman The Board voted and agreed. The Board requested a list of violations be prepared to send Mr. Goodman the list of violations (attached). Mr. Goodman will have 30 days to submit a plan of action / time line to as to when he plan's on having each violation corrected. The Board will review the plan to see if it meets their expectations for the timeliness. Meeting adjourned.
