Home My WebLink About2003-6-6655511 ORDINANCE NO. 2003-6-6655 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 401 KENTUCKY AVENUE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a lease agreement with Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce for real property located at 401 Kentucky Avenue for offices to which promote economic development, tourism, work force education & development and other related uses which are beneficial to the economy and growth of the community.
