A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A 2022
PROGRAM GRANT THROUGH THE UNITED STATES TENNIS ASSOCIATION (USTA)
SOUTHERN TO CONDUCT BEGINNER AND ADVANCED TENNIS WORKSHOPS IN
THE FALL OF 2022, ACCEPTING ALL AWARDED GRANT FUNDS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application for a
2022 Grant through the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Southern. This grant is in the
amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), and will be used to conduct beginner and advanced
tennis workshops in the Fall of 2022.
SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah hereby accepts all grant funds awarded
through the United States Tennis Association (USTA). No local match is required.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full fo ce and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
