A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
PURCHASE AGREEMENT, WARRANTY DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY
FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3179 JACKSON STREET IN AN
AMOUNT OF $60,000
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Agreement,
Warranty Deed and all other documents necessary on behalf of the City of Paducah with William
G. Camp and Betty Heath -Camp as Co -Executors of the estate of D. Joan Estes, to purchase the
property located at 3179 Jackson St. in consideration of the amount of Sixty Thousand and
No/100 ($60,000) Dollars for possible future expansion of Fire Station No. 4.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the PF0081 Project Account.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
