A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
PURCHASE AGREEMENT, WARRANTY DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY
FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3181 JACKSON STREET IN AN
AMOUNT OF $95,000
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Agreement,
Warranty Deed and all other documents necessary on behalf of the City of Paducah with Cathy
Priest, to purchase the property located at 3181 Jackson St. in consideration of the amount of
Ninety-five Thousand and No/100 ($95,000) Dollars for possible future expansion of Fire
Station No. 4.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to PF0081, pursuant to approval
as part of the FY23 budget.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
