HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO #2559MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 2559 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACQUIRE A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5420 BUCKNER LANE FOR PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT, AS REQUIRED FOR THE BUCKNER LANE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance on behalf of the City of Paducah with Thelma Hettler, to acquire a portion of real property located at 5420 Buckner Lane for permanent right-of-way and permanent public utility and drainage easement, in consideration of Six Thousand and No/100 ($6,000) Dollars. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Buckner Lane Bridge Project, Account Number PF0078. SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
