HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001-10-6446195 ORDINANCE NO. 2001-10- 644 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF AMMUNITION FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of TJ Conevera's Inc. in the amount of $17,758.00, for sale to the City of ammunition for use by the Police Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with the City's specifications, and as contained in the bid of TJ Conevera's Inc. of October 1, 2001. SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a contract with TJ Conevera's Inc. for the purchase of ammunition authorized in Section 1 above, pursuant to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 001- 1602-521-3903. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
