APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Shadle offered the following motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for May 6, 2019 be waived and that the minutes of said
meeting, as prepared by the secretary, be approved as corrected.
The minutes were seconded by Member Benberry and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius,
Vice-Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Wade, Shadle); Nay Votes (0).

The Engineer working on the agenda item asked that this case be continued until the next meeting.
Member Wade offered the motion that the agenda item be left on the table until the next scheduled
meeting.
The motion was seconded by Member Benberry and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-
Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Wade, Shadle); Nay Votes (0).

Member Morrison offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission approve a light industrial use for property located at 453 South 16th
Street with the following conditions:
1. No doors shall be cut into the west façade of the structure that faces the single-family homes.
2. No industrial activity shall take place after 9:00 p.m.
3. A sign shall be posted on the building notifying truck traffic to use Short 16th Street only.
Member Morrison offered an amendment to the conditions to read that owner consent must be
obtained.
The motion for the amendment was seconded by Member Benberry and adopted (5). Yea Votes
(Chair Crecelius, Vice-Chair Schramke, Benberry, Morrison, Shadle); Nay Votes (0) (Bradford, Wade
- abstain)
