APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Pollard offered the following motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for March 2, 2020 be waived and that the minutes of said
meeting, as prepared by the secretary, be approved as written.
The motion was seconded by Vice-Chair Schramke and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-
Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Pollard, Wade); Nay Votes (0).
Property Address: 433 Monroe Street and 321 North 4th Street
Applicant/ Owner: New Geneva Community Church and Ingram Sheet metal
Request: Property line establishment/ abolishment near downtown
Commissioner Wade offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of New Geneva Community Church and
Ingram Sheet Metal for the proposed re-subdivision of property located at 433 Monroe Street and 321
North 4th Street.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and that approval of the submitted plat be granted.

The motion was seconded by Commissioner Bradford and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius,
Vice-Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Pollard, Wade); Nay Votes (0)
Property Address: 1400 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 1401 & 1415 Harrison Street
Applicant/ Owner: City of Paducah
Request: Preliminary plat in Fountain Avenue
Commissioner Bradford offered the following motion:
I move that the preliminary subdivision plat for 1400 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 1401 & 1415
Harrison Street be approved and that the matter be continued generally, pending submission of a final
plat incorporating all requirements made known to the applicant at the conclusion of the hearing.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Morrison and adopted (7). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius,
Vice-Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Pollard, Wade); Nay Votes (0)
