APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Morrison offered the following motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for February 17, 2020 be waived and that the minutes of said
meeting, as prepared by the secretary, be approved as written.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Benberry and adopted (6). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius,
Vice-Chair Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Pollard); Nay Votes (0).
Property Address: 2229 Mildred Street, 1442 & 1450 Bloomfield Avenue, 1908 North 14th Street
and 1600 North 13th Street
Applicant/ Owner: West Kentucky Easter Seal Center, Inc. and Saber Management – Kentucky LLC
Request: Property line establishment/ abolishment in Rowlandtown
Vice-Chair Schramke offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission remove from the table application WAV2020-007 pertaining to property
located at 2229 Mildred Street, 1442 & 1450 Bloomfield Avenue, 1908 North 14th Street and 1600 North
13th Street.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Morrison.

Vice-Chair Schramke then read the original motion as a reminder of the motion on the floor as follows:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of West Kentucky Easter Seal Center, Inc.
and Saber Management – Kentucky, LLC for the proposed re-subdivision of property located at 2229
Mildred Street, 1442 & 1450 Bloomfield Avenue, 1908 North 14th Street and 1600 North 13th Street.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and that approval of the submitted plat be granted.
The motion to remove from the table was adopted (6). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-Chair
Schramke, Benberry, Bradford, Morrison, Pollard); Nay Votes (0)
The original motion was offered by Commissioner Morrison and seconded by Vice-Chair Schramke. It

Request: Property line establishment/ abolishment in Uppertown
Commissioner Bradford offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of Dwight Jones for the proposed re-
subdivision of property located at 1200 & 1234 South 8th Street.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and that approval of the submitted plat, file dated February 26, 2020, be granted.
The motion was seconded by Vice-Chair Schramke and adopted (6). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-

Commissioner Benberry offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of Carpenter & Assoicates, LLC for the
proposed re-subdivision of property located at 3000 Irvin Cobb Drive.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and that approval of the submitted plat, file dated February 5, 2020, be granted.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Morrison and adopted (6). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius,

Commissioner Morrison offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of the City of Paducah and the JSA for the
proposed re-subdivision of property located at 1502-1516 North 7th Street; 1500, 1508 & 1560 North 8th
Street and 601, 621 & 701 Northview Street.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and that approval of the submitted plat be granted.

and that approval of the submitted plat be granted.

I move that this Commission receive and file the application of the City of Paducah for the proposed re-

I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and that approval of the submitted plat, file dated February 7, 2020, be granted.

Commissioner Pollard offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission adopt a resolution forwarding a positive recommendation to the City
Commission to vacate a portion of an alley between 160 & 200 Bruce Avenue.
