Attendees: Chair Crecelius, Vice-Chair Schramke, Morrison, Wade

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Morrison offered the following motion:
I move that the reading of the minutes for January 23, 2020 be waived and that the minutes of said
meeting, as prepared by the secretary, be approved as written.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Wade and adopted (4). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-
Chair Schramke, Morrison, Wade); Nay Votes (0).

Applicant/ Owner: William T. Clayton
Request: Upper Story Residential Grant
Commissioner Wade offered the following motion:
I move that the URDCA approve the utilization of Upper Story Residential funds in the amount of
$15,000 for one residential unit at 211 Broadway, Unit C, subject to the work being completed as
proposed in the application received on January 14, 2020.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Morrison and adopted (4). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius,
Vice-Chair Schramke, Morrison, Wade); Nay Votes (0).

Request: Property line establishment/ abolishment in the Colgan Business Park
Vice-Chair Schramke offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission adopt a resolution approving the final subdivision for property located at
100, 103, 104, 106 and 107 Colonial Court.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Wade and adopted (4). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius, Vice-
Chair Schramke, Morrison, Wade); Nay Votes (0)
Property Address: 2229 Mildred Street, 1442 & 1450 Bloomfield Avenue, 1908 North 14th Street
and 1600 North 13th Street
Applicant/ Owner: West Kentucky Easter Seal Center, Inc. and Saber Management – Kentucky LLC
Request: Property line establishment/ abolishment in Rowlandtown
Commissioner Morrison offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission receive and file the application of West Kentucky Easter Seal Center, Inc.
and Saber Management – Kentucky, LLC for the proposed re-subdivision of property located at 2229
Mildred Street, 1442 & 1450 Bloomfield Avenue, 1908 North 14th Street and 1600 North 13th Street.
I further move that the requested waiver of the public hearing and the dedication of streets be given
and that approval of the submitted plat be granted.
The motion was seconded by Vice-Chair Schramke.
It was determined a quorum did not exist to take action on this item.
Commissioner Morrison offered the following motion:

Commissioner Wade offered the following motion:
I move that the Planning Commission adopt a resolution recommending to the City Commission that
case ZON2020-006 pertaining to the text amendment of Section 126-176 of the Paducah Zoning
Ordinance be adopted.
The motion was seconded by Vice-Chair Schramke.
Staff requested this item to be tabled generally.
Commissioner Wade offered the following motion:
I move that this Commission table generally case ZON2020-006 pending further review by staff.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Morrison and adopted (4). Yea Votes (Chair Crecelius,
Vice-Chair Schramke, Morrison, Wade); Nay Votes (0)
