AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE RENAISSANCE KENTUCKY ALLIANCE FOR A DIRECT APPROPRIATION GRANT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DOWNTOWN CONVENIENCE CENTER BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents necessary through the Renaissance Kentucky Alliance for a direct appropriation grant in the amount of $150,000.00 for funding to be used for the construction of a downtown convenience center. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
