The City of Paducah hereby authorizes the submission of a Brownfield Assessment Grant application through the United States Environmental Protection Agency in an amount of $500,000 for environmental planning and assessments of targeted brownfield sites in and around the Southside and Gateway Regions (Downtown, Riverfront and Lowertown) of Paducah. No local cash or in-kind match is required. SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
