HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001-10-6422155 ORDINANCE NO. 2001-10- AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH BRANDSTETTER CARROLL INC. FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE PARKS MASTER PLAN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Agreement between the City of Paducah and Brandstetter Carroll Inc. in the amount of $70,000.00 for consultant services for the Parks Master Plan. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040- 8821-536-2307 - PA 0034. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
