AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID AND QUOTATION OF NEST
KENTUCKY EQUIPMENT COMPANY TO FURNISH THE PARTS NECESSARY TO OVERHAUL
THE TRACKS ON THE INTERNATIONAL 250-C TRACTOR LOADER IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH REFUSE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City accept the bid and quotation of Nest Kentucky
Equipment Company in the amount of $2,252.54 FOB Paducah, for sale to the City
of Paducah of parts necessary to overhaul the tracks on the International 250-C
Tractor Loader used in the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, authorized
to pay the sum of $2,252.54 to Nest Kentucky Equipment Company from Federal
Revenue Sharing Account No. 3509.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one (1) week
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
