A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN Al
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND THE ILLINOIS CEN
RAILROAD COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF 7
LITTLEVILLE ACCESS ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authc
execute an Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky and the ]
Gulf Railroad Company pertaining to the construction of an overhead sl
rights-of-way in connection with the proposed construction of the Little
Road.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and eff
after the date of it's adoption.
