ORDINANCE NO. 75-4-1117
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF REED CRUSHED STONE COMPANY, INC.
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF IT'S REQUIREMENT OF LIMESTONE FOR THE YEAR 1975,
TO BE USED IN STREET CONSTRUCTION WORK, AND AUTIiORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS ON APRIL 22, 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which Was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 22, 1975, be
amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter
read as follows:
"SECTION 3. The purchase price for said material shall be charged
to General Fund Account No. 3454."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
