ORDINANCE NO. 75-3-1101
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HUNTER-KNEPSHIELD
COMPANY FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF SIX (6) METAL SHELTERS
TO BE ERECTED IN VARIOUS PARKS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE

PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Hunter-Knepshield
Company for sale to the City of six (6) metal shelters to be erected in various parks
for the sum of $6,365.70, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution adopted
by the Board of Commissioners on February 11, 1975, and as contained in the bid
11 of Hunter-Knepshield Company dated Alarch 10, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Bunter-Knepshield Company for sale to the City of the equipment
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 5125.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
it's final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
