ORDINANCE NO. 75-2-1081
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES, INC. FOR
SALE TO THE CITY OF FOUR (4) 1975 PICKUP TRUCI(S TO BE USED BY THE PARKS,
MAINTENANCE AND REFUSE DEPARTMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc.
for sale to the city of four (4) 1975 model 17100 Pickup trucks to be used by the Parks,
Maintenance and Refuse Departments for the net price of $12,840.08, said bid being
in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids
as was authorized by resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 21,
1975, and as contained in the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc. dated February 5, 1975.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Allan Rhodes, Inc. for the sale to the City of the trucks

authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said trucks shall be charged to the
following accounts:
$6,320.04 to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 5114
$3,210.02 to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 1814
$3,310.02 to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3514
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
