ORDINANCE NO. 74-11-1044
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE WALTER C. BOLLINGER COMPANY
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF TEN (10) SUPER SECUR (MODEL SS-5150-FDW), CENTER
MOUNTED STAINLESS STEEL WATER CLOSET LAVATORY COMBINATIONS , FOR USE IN
THE PADUCAH CITY JAIL, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY !\-TANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of the Walter C.
Dollinger Company for the sale to the City of ten (10) Super Secur (Dlodel SS-5150-FDW)
Center Mounted Stainless Steel Water Closets, Lavatory Combination for an amount not
to exceed $5,350.00, according to the specifications contained in the resolution
authorizing bids, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on October 8, 1974,
and as contained in the proposal of the Walter C. Dollinger Company dated October 24,
1974, said bid proposal being in substantial compliance with said resolution.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with the Walter C. Dollinger Company for the purchase of the items
as set forth in Section 1 above, and according to the specifications, bid and all contract
documents upon which said bid was based.
SECTION 3. The purchase price of said equipment shall be paid from
Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund Account No. 1712.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at
least one weep for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be part upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in Rill force and effect ten days thereafter.
